Lucid Dreaming Tactics During waking hours, do reality checks such as walk into a wall or spread your arms and try to fly.

If you can, then you are dreaming and if you can't then you are awake. It will teach your body to do this in your dreams.

The second type of technique to be learned is called MILD. This is where you know that you are falling asleep and take yourself away from that process. It helps you to determine your dream signs and to control them.

A good way to accomplish this is to set your alarm for five hours of sleep.

This strategy is designed to take full advantage of REM state, which is the best time for a lucid dream.

Once the alarm sounds take an hour to write down everything that you remember dreaming. You can then go back to sleep and tell yourself to continue that same dream. Cycle Adjustment Technique This was created by Daniel Love, and what it is, is setting your alarm to wake you up an hour and a half before your normal time precognitive dreams. Once you've adjusted to waking up early, alternate your alarm to wake you up normally and early. During times you are to wake up normally, you're body will already be ready to wake up early, and therefore, you will be likely to be awake in your dream precognitive dreams. Wake-Initiation of Lucid Dream (WILD) This being the most interesting method of lucid dreaming, it involves entering the dream world in full conscious state of mind.

It is more like watching a movie wherein you wait in front of the blank screen for the movie to start precognitive dreams. In this case you let your body sleep while you wait to enter the world of your dreams with full awareness and control to have the time of your life.

What if you could be an active instead of passive participant in your dreams? What if you could take control of your dream instead of being controlled by it? Someone who has managed to become a lucid dreamer can do all of this � they are not bound by anything except for their imagination. If you want to become a lucid dreamer, how do you manage it? There are two main ways. The first is what's called a dream initiated lucid dream, or DILD precognitive dreams. That's when the dreamer realizes they're dreaming in the middle of a dream, restoring their consciousness without leaving the dreaming state itself. The next way is called wake initiated lucid dream (WILD); in this process, you go from wake to sleep stage with no loss of consciousness. To put it more simply you walk through the door from here to your dreams instead of just happening upon them Another great way to have lucid dreams is to go back to sleep for a couple of hours after you wake up in the morning. These dreams are the closest to lucid dreams as they leave you wondering if they were actually dreams or your thoughts manifested in the form of a purported event. Just set an alarm clock to go off two or three hours before you are going to get up. When the alarm goes off, wake up and turn it off; then go back to sleep, and sink down deep into detailed lucid dreams. So, keep in mind that it's a great tool to know your sleeping patterns.

By knowing these, you are best able to know your best times to sink down into lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming can actually help you fight sleeping disorders, like insomnia. Whenever you are struggling to sleep at the normal sleeping hours, you just need to tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming, and your mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep. It once was the case that it could take years to learn lucid dreaming; the only way to prepare the mind was meditation, which took a long time to master. A lot of people lack the discipline and would simply give up. New technologies, especially audio technology have made it possible for anyone to experience lucid dreaming. One of the quickest and most reliable methods of inducing lucid dreaming is to listen to binaural beats audio precognitive dreams. The only purpose normal sleep serves is that it refreshes your body enough so that you can live out the next day. But how would you feel if you could have controlled that brief span of time in between? LUCID DREAMING Lucid Dreaming is an incredible skill and many more people are learning to experience it. The Lucid Dream is very rarely experienced by those who are unaware of it or who have not taken the time to learn how to do it.
