Exploring How To Have A Lucid Dream What you need to do often is try to fly or walk through a wall. Obviously you would not be able to do these things in reality but when you are in the habit of doing these and you do it in the dream, you would be able to fly or walk through the wall successfully instantly making you aware of the fact that you are dreaming. MILD is the second lucid dreaming technique wherein one has to realize that he is falling asleep so as to remove himself from the process. This makes it possible for him to recognize and interpret signals in his dreams for better controlling purposes my lucid dreams.

One can do this by setting his alarm clock to about 5 hours of sleep my lucid dreams. As soon as the alarm goes off, stay awake for one hour and recall what you dreamt. Then let yourself go to sleep while silently affirming what you really dreamt and what you didn't. If you want to become a lucid dreamer, how do you manage it? There are two main ways.

The first is what's called a dream initiated lucid dream, or DILD. That's when the dreamer realizes they're dreaming in the middle of a dream, restoring their consciousness without leaving the dreaming state itself. The other method is by having a wake initiated lucid dream (or WILD) this is where the dreamer transitions from a state of wakefulness to lucid dreaming without a sensation of falling asleep. The dreamer simply goes straight from being awake to lucid dreaming. Another proven way to have a lucid dream, is to go back to sleep for a short while immediately after waking up in the mornings. In fact, these dreams are so close to lucid dreams, that in many cases they will leave you wondering whether or not you were even dreaming at all. If you would like to try this method, simply set your alarm to go off an hour or two before you would usually wakeup.

When the alarm goes off, wake up and switch it off and then go to sleep again in order to enjoy a lucid dream my lucid dreams.

When trying to have lucid dreams, it is helpful to become familiar with your sleeping habits so as to be aware of the best times to try for lucid dreaming.
