Have You Every Had A Lucid Dream? A good idea is to try things like flying or walking through the wall frequently for successful reality checks. If you are in the real world of course you would not be able to do these things. But making it a habit will lead you to do these in your dreams as well and when you are able to fly or walk through the wall in your dreams, you would immediately be aware that you are dreaming.
