Lucid Dreaming lets you do anything you've ever wanted lucid dreaming. You can meet celebrities, have unrestrained erotic experiences, visit other worlds; if you can imagine it, it can happen in your Lucid Dream. Unfortunately though, being able to experience lucid dreams on a regular basis is not always very easy. Until recently, the vast majority of people wanting to experience lucid dreaming would dedicate months and months in order to receive suitable training and self conditioning.

Before anything else, you've got to be perfectly clear about your objective for your own lucid dreaming lucid dreaming. Is this just going to be your infinite playground, or is there some specific problem you want to solve through the power of the lucid dream? This is personal, but you have to be clear about it before you can move forward.

Then starts the actual process of learning this art lucid dreaming. Firstly, you need to learn a process, called Dream Recall, i lucid dreaming.

e., recalling a dream you had the previous night. Unless you remember a dream, you can't achieve the stage of lucid dreaming. It can be slow going to master this skill. The best way to proceed is with keeping a dream journal, sometimes called a Dream Recall Register lucid dreaming.

You write down your previous night's dreams as fully as possible. It's most effective to do this when you first wake up lucid dreaming. In time, you will realize that you've trained your mind to be able to recall even the smallest details of your dreams. When you reach this stage, you are ready to make the journey into lucid dreaming. However a part of the brain can actually remain in a conscious state though the body is physically relaxed. Learning how to have lucid dreams can take a lot of practice and some people may not be able to master it until they have gone through a long, slow process lucid dreaming. By jotting down notes as soon as you awake that describe the lucid dream, you will be better able to learn to recall scenes and characters from your dreams. The dream will repeat its self at some point and you can add to it, if you do not recall parts of it, until you get a complete picture of the story that your sub-conscious is trying to tell you. Using this technique with lucid dreams can give you some insight to what the dreams are telling you or hidden ambitions.

There are times that you like someone and want to be with someone. However, it might not be possible in reality but it is definitely possible in a lucid dream. You can even date and marry a Hollywood star in a lucid dream. You can change your lucid dream to have the outcome you desire, or change the ending the next time that dream starts up again, since you are only limited by your imagination lucid dreaming. Some see harmonious relationships when they are not so in real life, others may get the attention or promotion they were just turned down for in real life. Your lucid dream can make your desires attainable since it is only limited by your creativity.

Is it physically possible to experience lucid dreams? Yes! There is a biological need for the body to sleep, to rest and prepare for another days activities lucid dreaming. So what are the methods to go by, so as to induce lucid dreaming via these two approaches? Dream Recall Remembering your dreams is the first step; this is known as dream recall.

It will help you to realize when you are in a dream because we often have the same dreams and see the same or similar objects in our dreams lucid dreaming.

This is one of the best ways to learn the art of lucid dreaming. Keeping a dream journal is the best way to learn this skill. A dream journal is for writing down anything which you can remember about your dreams for future reference. You should do this immediately after waking up; the longer you wait, the harder it will be to recall. Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD) One of the leading scientists who studies lucid dreaming is Dr Stephen LaBerge.

He developed the MILD system. Keep telling yourself you will remember your dreams.

Think of something in the dream and resolve to remember it.

When you see this in your dream it will remind you that you are dreaming. Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB) To use this method, first go to sleep lucid dreaming. Set an alarm beforehand to wake you up a few hours later (about five or six).

Once you wake up, don't go back to sleep lucid dreaming. Read for a little while, or think about lucid dreaming for a while, then head back to sleep.

The creator of this, Stephen LaBerge believes it has a success rate of sixty percent because you awoke during REM sleep which is the time when you are dreaming lucid dreaming. It is like informing your brain that you want to be aware of your dreaming, to have lucid dreams. Do you want to dream lucidly? Knowing that you want to have a lucid dream is a good start, but it's not all you'll need to do. There are several different methods you can use lucid dreaming. You also need to think about exactly why you want to become a lucid dreamer lucid dreaming. What are the benefits of dreaming lucidly? To help us find the benefits, let us first look at 'normal' sleep.

Normal or lucid dreaming? You go to bed and sleep, and then you wake up lucid dreaming.

Maybe you remember fragments of a dream or an entire dream; maybe you don't remember dreaming at all lucid dreaming. This adds up to a pretty boring experience lucid dreaming. Average sleep has a purpose it prepares our minds and bodies to carry out the duties of the next day. However, consider the idea of managing your dreams consciously.
