How Do You Become A Lucid Dreamer?
Lucid Dreaming is a technique by which one remains aware that one is dreaming while a dream is taking place. For this reason, it's sometimes known as 'Conscious Dreaming'. What this means for you is that when you are lucid dreaming, you know that you are having a dream, in the same way that when you step into the bus terminal you know you're in the bus terminal and not in the countryside or out on the street. And, because of your awareness, you are able to exert a great deal of control over what happens in your dream.
This truly metaphysical experience enables you to make 'living artworks' out of your own dreams as the walls of your usual limitations are now just sand under your feet.
Is it as simple as that? Can you experience lucid dreaming and manifest those things that seem impossible or difficult while being awake in reality?
In fact, lucid dreaming is not too difficult of an endeavor at all. You just need the drive and desire to learn this powerful method for bringing forth your innermost wishes. And, there are tried and true ways of mastering this power.
Now, this all starts with you being utterly clear about what it is you want to accomplish or achieve through lucid dreaming. Nobody knows but you. Whether you want some deep mystery solved, or whether for you this is a playtime thing, what matters is that you have your objective totally clear in your mind.
Then you will begin the process of learning how to lucid dream. First you will have to learn a process of Dream Recall, which is recalling a dream the night before. You cannot achieve lucid dreaming unless you can remember a dream.
Understand the process is slow. However, you can be successful by keeping a personal Dream Recall Register. You will begin by listing daily all the details you are able to recall about your dream. You will eventually realize that you can recall some of the most vivid details of your dream. Doing periodic reality checks, while you are in a dream state will aid you in training your mind for awareness.
Many people have used hypnosis to dramatically reduce the time they need to train their subconscious mind to engage in lucid dreaming. Many times merely one of two hypnosis sessions permit one to consistently remember all of their dreams, so they are prepared for lucid dreaming.
Now, you can get to lucid dreams more easily by simply going back to sleep a few hours before you intend to wake up for the day.
Just set an alarm clock to go off two or three hours before you are going to get up. When the alarm goes off, wake up and turn it off; then go back to sleep, and sink down deep into detailed lucid dreams. So, keep in mind that it's a great tool to know your sleeping patterns. By knowing these, you are best able to know your best times to sink down into lucid dreams.
You may realize now that it’s extremely helpful to keep track of your sleeping patterns so you may find the best times to have lucid dreams.
It's always been hard, however, to actually take the time to prepare the mind for lucid dreaming. But recent advances in sonic technology have made it all more egalitarian.
The art of lucid dreaming was very time consuming to learn. However, the recent advances in sound technologies have made it much easier for anyone to experience lucid dreaming.
A lot of people agree that listening to binaural audios is definitely the easiest and most consistently successful way of experiencing lucid dreaming.
These perform by playing different frequencies to some extent in each ear. This results in relaxing the listener deeply and shifting their brain waves to the frequency that is just right for the occurrence of lucid dreaming.
Binaural sound waves, alone or along with hypnosis, enable people to achieve the state of consciousness necessary to move into the realm of lucid dreaming.
