How Lucid Dreaming Is For Everyone

Conscious Dreaming is what is also known as Lucid Dreaming. When you are lucid dreaming, you are consciously aware of what you are dreaming about, even though your mind is within the dream. So, to put it more simply, when you are lucid dreaming, you are perfectly aware that you're dreaming even as you are within the dream. So, unlike the usual dream, you are aware that you're dreaming even as events in the dream are unfolding around you, which means that you can control those events.

Lucid dreaming is having the power to control the direction of your dream which is an element of your metaphysical existence. You will notice that all the limitations of reality seem to swiftly cease to exist.

But this begs the question: can it really be so easy? Is this accessible to all? If it really is that easy why doesn't everybody do it?

Lucid dreaming is not so difficult to practice. There are various studies that prove you can do this, if you really want to learn how to use this powerful medium of expressing your inner desires.

However, you must determine clearly your objective for trying to master the art of lucid dreaming. Do you simply want your own private getaway in the form of lucid dreams or do you have a particular reason for developing your skills? No matter your reason, you must have clarity of mind for its purpose.

Once you understand your reason you will begin the learning process of how to lucid dream. You will need to learn Dream Recall. This is the ability to recall a dream from the previous night. You will not be able to lucid dream until you can recall a dream.

It can be slow going to master this skill. The best way to proceed is with keeping a dream journal, sometimes called a Dream Recall Register. You write down your previous night's dreams as fully as possible. It's most effective to do this when you first wake up. In time, you will realize that you've trained your mind to be able to recall even the smallest details of your dreams. When you reach this stage, you are ready to make the journey into lucid dreaming.

You might suddenly wake up when you're right in the middle of a lucid dream. But this will not matter; you’ll be able with ease to remember all of the important details of that dream. Now, simply relax yourself and go back to sleep, while continuing the dream in the direction that you want to go. Upon waking it will be clear to you that you've got the authentic power of conscious dreaming or lucid dreaming.

When you begin lucid dreaming, you might suddenly wake up from a dream. But you'll be able to remember the dream you were having in vivid detail. Just relax and fall back asleep, and you'll be able to go back to the same dream and continue on with it. When you wake up in the morning, you’ll realize then that you have the the authentic power of conscious dreaming

Lucid dreams can be readily induced by going back to sleep for a couple of hours after you wake up in the morning. These dreams are the closest to lucid dreams, because they seem to be borderline between actual dreams or your conscious thoughts manifested in anticipation of an event for that day. Just set an alarm clock to go off a couple of hours before you will be waking up for the day, then turn it off and go back to sleep to experience lucid dreaming.

You may realize now that it’s extremely helpful to keep track of your sleeping patterns so you may find the best times to have lucid dreams.

Lucid dreaming is potent for helping cure insomnia. All you must do is suggest to your mind that sleeping means the same thing as lucid dreaming, and then your own subconscious mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep.

The art of lucid dreaming was very time consuming to learn. However, the recent advances in sound technologies have made it much easier for anyone to experience lucid dreaming.

Binaural audios play slightly different frequencies in each ear in stereo. This results in a deeply relaxed state and a receptive brainwave configuration for the listener, who now can experience lucid dreams (assuming his mind was already prepared as described above).

Binaural audios work by playing various degrees of frequencies into each ear. The results are deeply relaxing for the listener and then shifting their brain waves to the same frequency for having lucid dreams.

Through listening to the binaural waves of sound, and especially when these are enhanced by hypnosis for preparing the subconscious mind, you can experience lucid dreaming very soon after just your first try.

If you combine listening to binaural sound waves, hypnosis and affirmations to prepare the subconscious mind, lucid dreaming can happen very soon after your first attempt.
