Problems Learning Lucid Dreaming Techniques? ACE is the last technique to be discussed today which involves the use of binaural beats. When your alarm goes off, lay awake for one hour trying to recall all the details of the dream which you saw in the last five hours lucid dream hypnosis. Then slowly go back to sleep again constantly affirming to your mind that you will continue with the same dream.
