Lucid Dreaming - Give it A try! ACE is the last technique to be discussed today which involves the use of binaural beats. The first technique is called The Reality Check. This is where you do frequent reality checks to decide whether you are in a dream or experiencing real life. Very simply put, a dream in which you are conscious that you are dreaming is known as a Lucid Dream hypnosis dream. A Lucid Dream is a dream in which you are aware that you are dreaming.

The degree to which your Lucid Dream is lucid is dependent on how much of the dream you can remember once you awaken, how stable the dream experience is and how much control you have over the dream hypnosis dream. Control over your dream is the most important element of Lucid Dreaming. It is an incredible experience to be in the midst of a dream and to know that you are in fact dreaming.
