Dreams and Fantasies During Lucid Dreaming How do you go about achieving these two states of lucid dreaming? Dream Recall If you want to become a lucid dreamer, one of the easiest ways is to begin by learning dream recall. Dream recall is nothing more than being able to remember your dreams. Learning to remember you dreams makes it easier for you to recognize that you are in a dream while sleeping � you are more than likely to either have the same dream more than once, or at least have elements which recur in your dreams. Writing down everything you can recall dreaming, this is called keeping a dream journal. The more you do this the more likely you will be to remember your dreams. If possible do this as soon as you wake up as this is the time when you will remember the most about your dreams. Lucid Lucid dreams can bring your deepest desires to life. What you can't do in real life you can do it in your dream. If there is someone you fancy and they are unattainable for some reason in real life, you can be with that person in your dream dreams dreaming. In your lucid dream that person can be completely yours and even kiss you and be with you. When we first start dreaming our aim must be change the line of our thoughts constantly dreams dreaming. This will help us understand that while we are lucidly dreaming we can control our dreams. If we are able to constantly change our thoughts we will slowly feel and see that our dreams are also changing simultaneously. While we are dreaming about the person we fantasize, as soon as the person appears in our dream and smile, we should then smile back and go close enough so that the person could be touched. In a nut shell we need to learn to control our dreams and then everything will follow. Your body has a biological need to sleep to prepare for the next day. It's always been hard, however, to actually take the time to prepare the mind for lucid dreaming. But recent advances in sonic technology have made it all more egalitarian. More and more people are saying that binaural audios are giving them a faster, easier way to enter through the door of the realm of lucid dreaming. Lucid types of dreams can be helpful to you in life and are also interesting and exciting dreams dreaming. There are those who can control lucid dreams and know exactly what will happen. A good way to accomplish thi is to try to walk through a wall.

If you are unable to walk through a wall you are experiencing the real world. If you are able to walk through a wall you are dreaming. It may sound a bit odd but while you are awake, if you perform reality checks your body will become accustomed to it and perform them while sleeping.

The second technique is known as MILD. This is where you realize you are falling asleep and remove yourself from this process. This helps you to recognize and interpret dream signs so you can control them. A great way to work this technique is to set your alarm for about 5 hours of sleep. After the alarm goes off, stay awake for one hour recalling what you just dreamt about and then allow yourself to go back to sleep while silently affirming that you will continue that dream. By doing this, you are taking full advantage of the REM stage of your sleep which is the best time to have a lucid dream. There are several different ways to hold onto awareness, including imagining going up or down a flight of stairs, chanting, counting numbers, breaths, or anything else, breathing control, and muscle relaxation. These and other self-hypnosis methods will give you something to concentrate on, but don't do this when you're tired, or you may lose consciousness. With advanced technology in recent times, dreaming masks and other scientific devices are available with technologies such as strobe lights, etc in order to induce lucid dreams. One of the easiest, most reliable methods to induce lucid dreaming is by listening to binaural beats and special sound frequencies through headphones dreams dreaming. Binaural beats induce lucid dreaming by causing the hemispheres of your brain to work synchronously, making your brainwaves shift to the frequency required for lucid dreaming. With a combination of self affirmations, self hypnosis and binaural sounds, being a lucid dreamer is something anyone can do successfully. So are there any simple ways of experiencing a Lucid Dream? Some say that eating certain foods shortly before going to bed promote Lucid Dreaming. Some of these foods are cheese, orange juice, milk and mustard. Other people have found success with foods such as: Pickles, Ice cream, Popcorn, and Fish dreams dreaming.

Although, the success rate for these foods has not been as successful as the foods described above dreams dreaming. The claim is that these high acid and fatty foods help prepare the brain for the lucidity session dreams dreaming. There are two main problems with eating these foods. The first is that these foods do not induce a restful night's sleep, and eating before bed can cause weight gain. Hypnosis is also something which many people have found to have the ability of reducing the amount of time it takes to prepare ones subconscious in preparedness for lucid dreaming.

In fact, in many instances, one or two sessions of hypnosis will be adequate for allowing you to remember your dreams consistently. When you reach that point, you know your mind has been suitably conditioned. When you begin lucid dreaming, you might suddenly wake up from a dream. But you'll be able to remember the dream you were having in vivid detail.

Just relax and fall back asleep, and you'll be able to go back to the same dream and continue on with it. When you wake up in the morning, you'll realize then that you have the the authentic power of conscious dreaming ACE is the last technique to be discussed today which involves the use of binaural beats. Through slightly different sound frequencies heard through each ear via headphones, the sound wave frequency goes on to the brain to synchronize and tune it to the position required for lucid dreaming purposes. You will need headphones and to have them beside your bed prior to getting ready for bed so that there is nothing extra to accomplish once you get ready for bed. Set an alarm clock for six hours time and once you get up, get immediately up and stay up for at least an hour. Do some physical activity to get your brain fully awake and aware. Avoid watching television while you wake your mind up.
