Lucid Dreamer Highlights So what are the actual methods used to induce these two types of lucid dream experiences? Dream Recall If you want to become a lucid dreamer, one of the easiest ways is to begin by learning dream recall. Dream recall is nothing more than being able to remember your dreams dream lucidity. Learning to remember you dreams makes it easier for you to recognize that you are in a dream while sleeping � you are more than likely to either have the same dream more than once, or at least have elements which recur in your dreams dream lucidity. The best way to remember your dreams is of course to write them down dream lucidity. Keep a pen and pad by the bed and immediately upon waking from a dream write it down. The reason you want to write it immediately upon waking is so you do not forget any part of the dream dream lucidity. Dreams tend to fade from our conscious mind rather quickly.

Lucid dream There may be situations where we want to be with somebody. But it may not be possible in real life. However everything is possible while we are lucidly dreaming.

So we can fulfill our innermost desires through lucid dreaming. In a lucid dream, you can change the outcome if you don't like how the dream is heading. If you imagine you are with your loved one that has passed, you might dream that they are still alive because you were able to get to them to warn them of their upcoming demise, for example dream lucidity. Controlling your dream for the desired outcome is part of lucid dreaming. Lucid dreams are physically possible due to the biological need for your body to sleep. It's always been hard, however, to actually take the time to prepare the mind for lucid dreaming. But recent advances in sonic technology have made it all more egalitarian. More and more people are saying that binaural audios are giving them a faster, easier way to enter through the door of the realm of lucid dreaming. Binaural audio recordings work in stereo; a different sound frequency is played in each ear at the same time, phasing the brainwaves correctly and inducing deep relaxation in the listener, opening them up to lucid dreaming. In the absence of this technology, meditation techniques had to be used by most people to master lucid dreaming dream lucidity.

Low lucidity level dreaming is different because they are aware on some level that they are dreaming but there is no knowledge that it will end soon or that they will wake up after dream lucidity. High level lucidity involves being completely aware about the reality of one's dreams along with the knowledge that one will wake up soon dream lucidity. Lucid dreaming can be really fun and many people seek out information to be able to have lucid dreams and have control of them dream lucidity.

There is an increasing number of people who are trying out the possibilities of Lucid Dreaming for themselves.

Most of us have a Lucid Dream at some point or another; but just think how amazing it would be if you were able to Lucid Dream any time you wanted! Depending on your own personal desires, lucid dreaming can be your own private doorway to the most incredible experiences. From socializing with world famous celebrities, to visiting distant lands and exotic places, lucid dreaming opens up a whole new world of opportunity dream lucidity.

In fact, one can even travel to the most distant planets of the universe or spend some quality time with loved ones who have already departed from this world.

As neat as lucid dreaming sounds, it's a lot more difficult to learn how to do. The process itself is pretty complicated to achieve. In the past most people would spend months, maybe years, attempting to achieve just one lucid dream dream lucidity. In the process they would put themselves through training and instructions and even self conditioning procedures.

Then they may have one or even two lucid dreams dream lucidity. Even then they may manage only a few brief minutes or seconds of lucidity dream lucidity. Many others never even succeed just once. During waking hours, do reality checks such as walk into a wall or spread your arms and try to fly. If you can, then you are dreaming and if you can't then you are awake. It will teach your body to do this in your dreams. Another technique, known as MILD, is designed to help you understand signals of dreams and dream states. You want to catch yourself drifting into sleep and bring yourself out of the dream state. The easiest way to do this is to set your alarm to sound in five hours. After five hours, when your alarm rings, lay awake for another hour and think about the dream you just had, recalling all its details dream lucidity.

Thereafter, gradually drift away to sleep once again, repeatedly telling yourself that you will continue to watch the same dream again. In this way, you can induce lucidity by taking full advantage of your REM sleep mode.

Think of ways to keep your mind awake.

Count something, keep your mind active dream lucidity. Focus on your breathing and deliberately relax every muscle in your body.

This is a self hypnosis technique. Do not do this when you are too tired as you will have much more trouble keeping your mind active. Technology has moved on in recent years, and there are various devices like dreaming masks and other scientific appliances which contain such things as strobe lights to induce lucid dreams.

Listening to binaural beat frequencies through a head set is the simplest and most consistent way to create a lucid dream. These sounds naturally change your brainwaves and cause you to go into REM sleep quickly and easily.

You will also still be aware so it will be a lucid dream dream lucidity.

Combined with the self hypnosis sessions and affirmations to prepare your subconscious mind beforehand, becoming a lucid dreamer is something that everyone can now experience! So are there any simple ways of experiencing a Lucid Dream? Many people feel that particular foods can encourage or induce a lucid dream. You should try these immediately before going to sleep dream lucidity. Orange Juice, Milk and Cheese and also Mustard have been reported as being good things to consume for the best results. Fish, pickles, popcorn, and ice cream have also been mentioned.

Even though these foods don't seem to compare with those mentioned above, many people do claim that these help to improve dream recall. Unfortunately for many people who may be on a diet, all the foods just mentioned contain a lot of sugar, salt, and fat, none of which are known to promote a good night's sleep.

Now, using hypnosis can really speed you forward along the road of preparation to get you to the point where your subconscious mind opens you up to lucid dreaming--even with just a session or two of hypnosis.

While in a lucid dream, it may happen that suddenly you are wide-awake. However, because of all the effort you've already put into conditioning your mind, if this happens to you, you'll have no problem reconnecting all the important details and once you're done so, you simply need to relax in order to go to sleep again dream lucidity. When you do, you'll be able to once again continue with your dream and upon waking up, you'll realize fully, the power of conscious dreaming. The last technique is called the Ace technique.

You will need to use lucid dreaming binaural beats to have this technique work properly. These position your brainwave frequencies to that of lucid dreaming. You will need to wear headphones so that the binaural beats can play separately in each ear which entrains the brain. Your headphones need to be set and the recording ready to go on any night that you want to dream lucid dreams dream lucidity. Set your alarm so that you can wake up after just six hours and once you awaken get immediately out of bed and write in your journal or some other activity that is physical.

Avoid doing things like watching TV, etc which actually do not wake you up dream lucidity. After 10 minutes are over, out on your headphones and hear the binaural beat recordings and affirm to yourself repeatedly that you are going to have a lucid dream. Lucid dreaming can be highly fun and very exciting dream lucidity. It permits you to control your mind and your body at the same time dream lucidity.

You may be able to fly or to walk through walls or to astral project while you are dreaming. Thus, it can be said that practicing the above mentioned techniques would enable you to successfully induce lucid dreaming whenever you want to.
