How To Become A Lucid Dreaming Techniques Expert So how are these types of lucid dreaming induced? Dream Recall You will need to learn how to remember your dreams if you want to be able to have lucid dreams. It is referred to as dream recall, the ability to remember your dreams. If you can remember your dreams you are more likely to realize when you are dreaming because many of the dreams you have will be the same or almost the same dream consciousness. Dream Recall is best practiced by maintaining a dream journal which is nothing but a place to note down your dreams for future use. One should do it right after waking up so that the details are still fresh in one's mind dream consciousness. How To Lucid Dream You may be fantasizing about something that you really want badly, such as a promotion, or a new home.

This may be impossible in real life, but in your lucid dreams where you control the outcome, you may see yourself already doing the new job and details of it, or vividly see you moving into the house you want to purchase, for example. These are all self hypnosis measures which work best when you are not too tired, like in the afternoon dream consciousness. Technological advancement has made it possible to use tools scientific tools such as dream masks and other devices having strobe lights and the like for inducing lucid dreaming purposes. Listen to binaural beats with headphones; this is a very effective way to achieve a lucid dream dream consciousness. This involves hearing two sound waves having slightly different frequencies via each ear of an individual dream consciousness. These go into the brain and synchronize the two hemispheres, thereby creating the mental state resembling the REM sleep mode necessary for lucid dreaming. So are there any simple ways of experiencing a Lucid Dream? Once you've acquired this ability then you can be rest assured your mind has been suitably conditioned for lucid dreaming. It's not uncommon for a person to suddenly wake up while in the middle of a lucid dream dream consciousness. However, because of all the effort you already put into conditioning your mind, if this happens to you, you'll have no problem reconnecting all the important details and once you're done so, you simply need to relax in order to go to sleep again. You will then be able to continue with your dream, while guiding it in any direction you choose.

You can be rest assured that once you wake up, you will realize the full power of conscious dreaming dream consciousness. The last and most important technique that you will learn is called the Ace technique. You will use what are called lucid dreaming aides, known as binaural beats that are played into each ear in order to help your body to learn how to lucid dream dream consciousness.

You focus on these beat and train your brain. Your headphones need to be set and the recording ready to go on any night that you want to dream lucid dreams. Set your alarm so that you can wake up after just six hours and once you awaken get immediately out of bed and write in your journal or some other activity that is physical dream consciousness.
