How Do You Become A Lucid Dreamer? So what are the techniques to use in order to induce lucid dreaming via these two ways? Dream Recall A good way to induce lucid dreaming is through dream recall technique which involves practicing to remember your dreams in detail after you wake up. This helps you in remembering your dreams so that you realize that you are dreaming when you have similar dreams, which is quite common an affair. To make dream recall easier you can keep a dream journal. This is a notebook or pad of paper that has the sole purpose of recording your dreams.

Whenever you have a dream, you should write all you can remember in the journal as soon as you wake up.

The longer you are awake the more details of the dream that will be lost.

Lucid Lucid dreams can be about someone you have a crush on or like conscious dreaming. They can be about a person you can't meet in real life but can date, romance and even marry in a lucid dream conscious dreaming. Once you know that you are dreaming then you can consciously change it to what you want. Say you are with the person you want to be with, and then you can orchestrate the dream to make that person smile at you, come close to you and even touch you conscious dreaming.

Here your imagination is the only tool you need. Physically, there is a need for the body to sleep and rest. It needs to prepare for the next days activities.

In the past it was it took quite a while to learn how to lucid dream, however with the dawning of new sound technologies it is now much easier than ever before for anyone to enjoy the experience of lucid dreaming conscious dreaming.

In fact, a great number of people are now using the binaural beats in order to experience lucid dreams in the shortest and quickest way possible. High level lucid dream refers to the condition when the person is fully aware that they are dreaming and is aware that they will soon be waking up. Having a session of lucid dreaming can be fun and many people nowadays are starting to try these techniques. More people than ever before are trying Lucid Dreaming for themselves conscious dreaming. While most people experience a Lucid Dream at some point in their lives, just imagine how exciting it would be if you could have Lucid Dreams any time you want! You can talk to anyone from the past or present, have unbridled erotic experiences and even explore other planets; anything that your mind can conjure up can happen � you are in control of your dreams! It can be fairly complicated to achieve controlled Lucid Dreams on a regular basis. Up until recently many people spent months in training and using special self-conditioning procedures before even experiencing one single Lucid Dream.

Even then, most people never even succeed once, let alone on a regular basis.

Try to check out all during the day whether you are awake or asleep. Walk into a wall to be sure that you are actually awake. Try to see if you can go through the wall and if not, then you will know that you are awake and not lucid dreaming. Another technique is called "MILD." You want to catch yourself in the process of falling asleep and then wake yourself up conscious dreaming.

You can do this by setting your alarm for every five hours. The goal is to understand dream states and cues that you are dreaming. As soon as the alarm goes off, stay awake for one hour and recall what you dreamt. Then let yourself go to sleep while silently affirming what you really dreamt and what you didn't.

By doing this you are taking advantage of the state of sleep known as REM which is the best state to be in to lucid dream. To get into this correct frame of mind if you will there are a few tricks you can use. Focus seems to be key so try to focus your mind on things like your breathing, counting, perhaps chant or meditate. In a way, you are practicing self-hypnosis. Use this technique when you are not extremely tired, perhaps during a late nap. There are also technological innovations which can help to induce lucid dreaming, among them strobe lights and dreaming masks conscious dreaming. One of the easiest, most reliable methods to induce lucid dreaming is by listening to binaural beats and special sound frequencies through headphones. This involves sounding two different sound waves through each ear so as to synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain, creating the REM state of mind which is a prerequisite for lucid dreaming conscious dreaming.

Combined with self affirmations and sessions of self hypnosis, these methods make it easy to become a lucid dreamer. You just need the practice and determination Are there any quick and easy ways to experience a lucid dream? Many people who have experienced a Lucid Dream swear by eating certain foods just prior to the dream. If you would like to try this they usually recommend orange juice, milk, cheese, and mustard. These seem to produce the best results.

Other foods of note are pickles, ice cream, popcorn and fish conscious dreaming.

Although they are not as effective as the three foods and drinks described above. Some people say that they improve your overall dream recall and "prepare" your brain for future lucidity. The main problem is of course that they are high in fatty acids, salts and sugars which definitely doesn't assist you in getting a good nights rest! The time required for preparing the subconscious mind to experience lucid dreaming can be reduced greatly with hypnosis. Generally one or two hypnosis sessions allows you to continually recall all your dreams.

Your mind is conditioned for lucid dreaming once this happens conscious dreaming. Now when you start trying to practice lucid dreaming, you could find that you suddenly awaken from a dream--and then you'll find yourself able to recall that dream immediately conscious dreaming. be All you need do at this point is relax and let yourself drift back to sleep, and you'll be able to enter that same dream and pick up right where you left off.

Upon waking, you will now know that you have the great power of lucid dreaming coming fully under your control. The last technique is called the Ace technique where you need to use binaural waves. These waves positions your brainwave frequencies to that needed for lucid dreaming conscious dreaming. You need headphones in this technique where different frequencies are played in each ear. Have your headphones and binaural beat recordings at your side for the night you LAN for lucid dreaming. Set the alarm to wake you up after around 6 hours of sleep. When the alarm rings, go for a walk of 10 minutes or do some activity such as writing on a journal.

Avoid watching television while you wake your mind up. After 10 minutes have gone by, put your headphone back to play the binaural beats focusing on the sounds conscious dreaming. Keep repeating the constant affirmations that you really need to lucid dream while you are falling asleep.

This induces fast lucidity. Once you start having lucid dreams, make sure to have some fun with it conscious dreaming. Jump off a few tall buildings and take to flight. Do things you would never get to do during everyday life. Practising these techniques will soon help you achieve lucid dreaming.
