Lucid dreams (or conscious dreams) are the state of sleeping and, at the same time, maintaining total awareness of those dreams. In this dream state your aware of dreaming and may even be able to consciously control those dreams.
Complete power to control your dreams may seem like a fantasy or sci-fi novel, but anyone can achieve this dream state and it is fairly easy to do. You can actually express your inner feelings, along with your desires while in this state of dreaming. There are proven methods that will allow you to achieve a state of lucid dreaming.
You need to know what you would like to do in order to achieve this state. Would you like to do something new, something you’ve never tried before or meet someone you thought about and do not know? Regardless of what you want, you need to learn how to achieve conscious dreaming.
