Occasionally you may find you suddenly woke up from a lucid dream in the beginning and that’s very normal. Just recall as much of your dream events and fall back into sleep. However, good news. It has been found that lucid dreams have a positive effect on insomnia. By lucid dreaming, the effect is that it can teach your mind to close or shut down the distressful and bad thoughts which keep you awake.
