Recent technological advances mean that dreaming masks and other useful devices have been developed. They contain strobe lights and other devices that are believed to induce lucid dreaming. One of the easiest, most reliable methods to induce lucid dreaming is by listening to binaural beats and special sound frequencies through headphones. These involve hearing two different frequencies from each ear which go on to synchronize the two hemispheres of your brain so as to induce the REM mental state needed for lucid dreaming. Keep telling yourself to remember your dreams and be aware when you are dreaming. Do the self hypnosis technique often. Before long you will be experiencing lucid dreams. Some individuals have found that the time for preparing the subconscious mind for experiencing lucid dreaming is reduced greatly by having hypnosis. You have the ability to continually recall your dreams by having one or two sessions, in most cases. Once this occurs your mind is then conditioned for lucid dreaming. You might suddenly wake up when you're right in the middle of a lucid dream. But this will not matter; you'll be able with ease to remember all of the important details of that dream. Now, simply relax yourself and go back to sleep, while continuing the dream in the direction that you want to go. Upon waking it will be clear to you that you've got the authentic power of conscious dreaming or lucid dreaming concious dreaming. The Ace technique is the last one and also perhaps the most important. It uses binaural beats to train your brain to sleep and to awaken. You will use headphones and listen to the beats in stereo so that they play separately in both ears. You are focusing your attention on the beats and your brain gets a workout. Keep your headphones and binaural beat audio handy the night you want to try lucid dreaming. Set your alarm so that you can sleep for just 6 hours and when you get up do something like writing in your dream journal or walking about in the room for 10 mins, etc Avoid doing things like watching TV, etc which actually do not wake you up. After 10 minutes are over, out on your headphones and hear the binaural beat recordings and affirm to yourself repeatedly that you are going to have a lucid dream concious dreaming.
