Lucid Dreaming Techniques - Would You Benefit? How exactly do you induce either one of these lucid dream states? Dream Recall Remembering your dreams is the first step; this is known as dream recall.

It will help you to realize when you are in a dream because we often have the same dreams and see the same or similar objects in our dreams. This is one of the best ways to learn the art of lucid dreaming. Writing down everything you can recall dreaming, this is called keeping a dream journal. The more you do this the more likely you will be to remember your dreams awake dreams. If possible do this as soon as you wake up as this is the time when you will remember the most about your dreams.

Lucid Dreams We may have our most innate desire of spending some amount of time with somebody and relishing the fact that the person is so close to us awake dreams. But it may not be always true in life. However such desires can be made possible through lucid dreaming awake dreams. There are no boundaries if we want to make our secret desires true while dreaming lucidly. When we first start dreaming our aim must be change the line of our thoughts constantly. This will help us understand that while we are lucidly dreaming we can control our dreams. If we are able to constantly change our thoughts we will slowly feel and see that our dreams are also changing simultaneously. While we are dreaming about the person we fantasize, as soon as the person appears in our dream and smile, we should then smile back and go close enough so that the person could be touched awake dreams. In a nut shell we need to learn to control our dreams and then everything will follow.

Is it physically possible to experience lucid dreams? Yes! There is a biological need for the body to sleep, to rest and prepare for another days activities.

Up until recently learning the art of lucid dreaming was a time consuming process awake dreams. However recent advances in sound technologies have made things drastically easier for anyone to experience lucid dreaming. Many people who are just starting out find that the quickest way for them to have a lucid dream, is by taking advantage of binaural beats awake dreams.

Binaural audio involves listening to two slightly different frequencies in each ear. This synchronizes brain waves to the state where lucid dreaming is most likely to occur and at the same time causes deep relaxation.

This is something called lucid dreaming and there two different varieties: high and low. Low lucidity is where they are just partly aware that they are dreaming. They are not entirely able to determine if the dream is real or if they will soon awaken. High level lucidity is when the dreamer has full awareness awake dreams. He knows that he is dreaming and knows that he'll wake up soon.

Lucid dreaming can be really fun and many people seek out information to be able to have lucid dreams and have control of them awake dreams. Lucid Dreaming is an amazing thing; and an increasing number of people are trying it out for themselves. Almost everyone has a Lucid Dream occasionally, but can you imagine how great it would be to be able to have a Lucid Dream at will? You can open your own doorway to some amazing experiences by learning and mastering the practice of Lucid Dreaming. Imagine if you will, having the ability to meet and interact with famous people, taking fantastic sci-fi adventures, visiting galaxies far away, creating and manipulating fantasy worlds and touring them or ruling them, and even finally having your dream job or hobby without all the work or mess to get there! You can even meet lost loved ones or distant relatives since anything is possible with your lucid dreaming imagination! Unlike in the past, experiencing lucid dreams on a regular basis is no longer as complicated as what it once was. Admittedly, people often had to spend months at a time receiving instruction and learning how to condition themselves before they could experience lucid dreaming. Even then, while some managed to achieve a certain degree of success, others simply failed miserably.

A good idea is to try things like flying or walking through the wall frequently for successful reality checks. If you are in the real world of course you would not be able to do these things. But making it a habit will lead you to do these in your dreams as well and when you are able to fly or walk through the wall in your dreams, you would immediately be aware that you are dreaming awake dreams. The second type of technique to be learned is called MILD.

This is where you know that you are falling asleep and take yourself away from that process awake dreams. It helps you to determine your dream signs and to control them. A good way to accomplish this is to set your alarm for five hours of sleep.

After five hours, when your alarm rings, lay awake for another hour and think about the dream you just had, recalling all its details. Thereafter, gradually drift away to sleep once again, repeatedly telling yourself that you will continue to watch the same dream again. In this way, you can induce lucidity by taking full advantage of your REM sleep mode. There are any number of ways to keep your mind alert, count, controlled breathing techniques or concentrated relaxation are all great ways to keep the mind alert. It is a bit like hypnotizing your self. This works best if you are not exhausted, try it during an afternoon nap.

There are also technological innovations which can help to induce lucid dreaming, among them strobe lights and dreaming masks. Listen to binaural beats with headphones; this is a very effective way to achieve a lucid dream. Binaural beats induce lucid dreaming by causing the hemispheres of your brain to work synchronously, making your brainwaves shift to the frequency required for lucid dreaming. Combined with self affirmations and sessions of self hypnosis, these methods make it easy to become a lucid dreamer awake dreams. You just need the practice and determination Are there any quick and easy ways to experience a lucid dream? Many people who have experienced a Lucid Dream swear by eating certain foods just prior to the dream.

If you would like to try this they usually recommend orange juice, milk, cheese, and mustard.

These seem to produce the best results awake dreams.

Also recommended by some are ice cream, popcorn, pickles and fish. Some people say that these foods are ideal for preparing your mind for Lucid Dreaming � but of course, many of these are high in salt and fat, which isn't very conducive t a good night's sleep. In many ways it comes as little surprise that a vast number of people have found hypnosis to be extremely advantageously with regards to reducing the time it takes to prepare your subconscious mind awake dreams.

In many instances one can achieve the desired results with just one or two to hypnosis sessions, after which time you'll be in a position where you can successfully remember all your dreams. A phenomenon which you can expect to experience when in a lucid dream is to suddenly find yourself wide awake. However, considering that by now you will have gathered enough experience and developed enough skill, you will simply be able to go back to sleep and continue the dream where you left off.

Of course, you'll once again have the power to direct the direction of that dream as you see fit. The last and most important technique that you will learn is called the Ace technique awake dreams. You will use what are called lucid dreaming aides, known as binaural beats that are played into each ear in order to help your body to learn how to lucid dream. You focus on these beat and train your brain awake dreams.

So keep your headphones and binaural beats ready for the day you plan to have lucid dreams.

When the alarm rings, get out of bed and walk around for around 10 minutes or do activities like writing up your dream journal awake dreams.

Avoid watching television while you wake your mind up. After 10 minutes have gone by, put your headphone back to play the binaural beats focusing on the sounds.
