Lucid Dreamers Have Fun! How exactly do you induce either one of these lucid dream states? Dream Recall Remembering your dreams is the first step; this is known as dream recall. It will help you to realize when you are in a dream because we often have the same dreams and see the same or similar objects in our dreams. This is one of the best ways to learn the art of lucid dreaming.

The way to practise dream recall is by keeping a dream journal. The dream journal is meant as a tool to write down anything you can remember about your dream, in order to recall it for the future.

This should be done right after waking up; otherwise dreams will become harder to remember about lucid dreaming. LUCID DREAMING Lucid dreams can be about someone you have a crush on or like about lucid dreaming. They can be about a person you can't meet in real life but can date, romance and even marry in a lucid dream. After we start dreaming we should not stick to same type of thoughts about lucid dreaming.

We should change our thoughts constantly and in this way our dreams will also change. This will help us understand the fact that we can show our authority on whatever we dream and ultimately make us acquainted with the facts behind lucid dreaming about lucid dreaming. While we are dreaming about the person we want to be with, we should try to control our dreams and dream about touching that person and getting closer to him or her. In this way we need to learn about the ways of taking full control over our dream. Some of us may get curious about the fact if the phenomenon of lucid dreaming is possible in reality. Lucid dreaming used to be something which took a very long time to learn. While most of us have an experience with Lucid Dreaming at some point in our lives, just imagine how great it would be to have a Lucid Dram any time you choose! Falling asleep is something that many of us do without thinking about it but MILD teaches you to know that you are falling asleep and you will learn to control the signs of falling asleep to learn to dream more readily.

You can keep your body apart from the dream processes and the falling asleep process. Setting your alarm clock for a certain time will permit it. Setting the clock for five hours, you awaken for at least one hour and attempt to recall what it was that you dreamed about while lying in bed. You then allow yourself to go back to sleep, determined to continue the dream. You can take full advantage of your REM sleep if you do these techniques and actually teach yourself to dream about lucid dreaming. To get into this correct frame of mind if you will there are a few tricks you can use. Focus seems to be key so try to focus your mind on things like your breathing, counting, perhaps chant or meditate about lucid dreaming. In a way, you are practicing self-hypnosis about lucid dreaming. Use this technique when you are not extremely tired, perhaps during a late nap. Technological advancement has made it possible to use tools scientific tools such as dream masks and other devices having strobe lights and the like for inducing lucid dreaming purposes about lucid dreaming. If you want to increase, your chances of success use the method that has proven to be the best. Using a set of headphones listen to binaural beats at the right sound frequencies during sleep. These binaural sounds induce lucid dreaming by causing the hemispheres of your brain to synchronize, making your brainwaves reach the state required for lucid dreaming. So are there any simple ways of experiencing a Lucid Dream? Many people feel that particular foods can encourage or induce a lucid dream. You should try these immediately before going to sleep about lucid dreaming. Orange Juice, Milk and Cheese and also Mustard have been reported as being good things to consume for the best results. Some other people have noted that pickles, ice cream, popcorn, and even fish have assisted them. These may not be as effective in aiding Lucid Dream occurrences about lucid dreaming. The idea that some people claim is that these foods containing high sugar, high fat, and even high acid content, prepare your brain for the session. They even claim that they prepare your brain to recall the Lucid Dream afterwards. The main issue is that these foods hamper the body and minds ability to produce restful sleep. In many ways it comes as little surprise that a vast number of people have found hypnosis to be extremely advantageously with regards to reducing the time it takes to prepare your subconscious mind. In many instances one can achieve the desired results with just one or two to hypnosis sessions, after which time you'll be in a position where you can successfully remember all your dreams. When you are lucid dreaming, you may suddenly awake about lucid dreaming. Don't worry! Recall the details of your dream and try to go back to sleep and continue the dream in the way that you want.

When you awake, you may just be surprised! If successful, your dream will have been under your control and your mind will have a new found power. ACE is the last technique to be discussed today which involves the use of binaural beats about lucid dreaming.
